The foundation is the brainchild of Mr Manny de Freitas and Mrs Jeanette de Freitas.
Mrs De Freitas said the foundation was created to raise funds and awareness about cancer.
“We have witnessed many friends and family who have died from cancer. We then decided to take a step in helping whom we can still help,” she said.
She said the money raised by the foundation will go to assist cancer patients in need.
“We want to help with transport, machines or any other help that is needed,” she said.
