Tip off leads police to drug dealers
The suspect then took to the officers to a house in Bez Valley, where another man was found wrapping drugs in small plastic bags.
On-duty JMPD officers received a call about a man selling drugs in the Jeppe area on Sunday, November 23.
The officers proceeded to the property on the corner of Albertina Sisulu and 8th Street in Bez Valley, where they found the person matching the description given.
On searching the suspect, the officers found drugs in his possession. The suspect then took to the officers to a house in Bez Valley, where another man was found wrapping drugs in small plastic bags.
Warrant Officer Richard Munyayi, from the Jeppe SAPS, said both suspects, who are aged 30 and 32, were arrested and taken to the Jeppe SAPS.The men are expected to appear in court soon and police investigations are continuing.
