The clients came from various towns in Ekurhuleni, together with their sales representatives for all the Caxton East/South local newspapers.

Caxton shared its innovating advertising strategies, rules and regulations of how to advertise online, while still using local newspapers as the main ‘hero’.

The session was a two-hour long digital journey of innovative, creative, exciting and outstanding advertising campaigns.

The two speakers from Caxton were Mr Clyde Meela, the Digital Manager for Caxton East/South, and Justin Erasmus, from Caxton Head Office: Special Digital Projects.

The new rule with Caxton advertising is finding a client’s need, meeting the need, and then finding a solution for the client.

The two branches are now determined to do 360 advertising campaigns for all of its clients, to assist in elevating local businesses to new heights.

A big thank you to Ms Sanet Bester, Bedfordview and Edenvale News Sales Executive, for the initiative and execution of a successful event in conjunction with the Corporate Conference Centre.

The digital conference will be an annual event, held on behalf of clients to assist their businesses with growing in the digital space.
