Warrant Officer Richard Munyai, the Jeppe SAPS communications officer, said a woman alleged she was on duty and counting money with her colleague at a business when they were approached by three men.
“The door of the shop was closed and they were selling through a small space in the burglar proofing. The suspects bought a 12.5 kilogramme bag of cake flour. When the victim’s colleague opened the security gate to give the men their order, they drew firearms and pointed them at the victim and her colleague,” said W/O Munyai.
He said the suspects demanded money and took cigarettes, airtime and perfumes from the counter.
They also took cellular phones before they ran away on foot.
