The NEWS’ sister publication, the North Eastern Tribune has reported that a man was shot in what is suspected to be a cash-in-transit robbery at the Linksfield Clinic this morning.
The paper also received unconfirmed reports that the victim was carrying money bags when he was shot in a stairway.
He is reported to have been shot in the leg.
The four suspects were allegedly wearing overalls.
