Little Eden shop desperate for donations

Items such as clothing, furniture, books, toys, electrical equipment and more are often available at the shop.

The Little Eden second-hand shop is fast running out of items to sell.

Residents who may have any unwanted items in good condition are urged to donate these to the society.

The second-hand shop is a treasure box for bargain hunters.

Items such as clothing, furniture, books, toys, electrical equipment and more are often available at the shop.

About seven percent of Little Eden’s income is derived from the second-hand shop sales, which contributes towards the R14-million funds needed annually.

This enormous task must be carried out in order for the society to keep its doors open to 300 children and adults with profound intellectual disabilities.

Residents who may have new or old clothing to donate, can contact reception on 011 609-7246 to arrange for collection.

Alternatively, may drop the items off at the shop or at the Little Eden offices in Edenglen.
