Doll maker entertains league
Ms Bradley enlightened members about the art of porcelain doll making, the processes involved such as painting and dressing, the uses and the therapeutic side of doll making.
Ms Lesley Bradley, an organiser from the Doll Artisan Guide. was the guest speaker at the Bedfordview Household Consumers League meeting.
The meeting took place on Wednesday, April 9, at the James Auditorium in Bedfordview.
Ms Bradley enlightened members about the art of porcelain doll making, the processes involved such as painting and dressing, the uses and the therapeutic side of doll making.
“It was lovely presenting to the members at the league. Everyone was interested and enjoyed it,” said Ms Bradley.
Ladies are invited to join the club. The club meets every second Wednesday of the month at the James Sadie Auditorium. Regular, fun consumer-related outings are attended once a month.
