SAPS seizes dagga on vacant property

The Bedfordview SAPS' Colonel Pratt has urged community members who own open stands to take care of the them by doing regular clean-ups and inspections.

The Bedfordview SAPS seized dagga on a vacant property on Kings Road, Bedfordview, on February 14.

The Bedfordview SAPS’ Colonel Pratt has urged community members who own open stands to take care of the them by doing regular clean-ups and inspections.

“It is important for community members to clean up these open stands to prevent them from becoming breeding grounds for criminals. Criminals use these places as an area to plant drugs, to hide after committing a crime and even as a place of dwelling illegally,” said Col Pratt.

“We as the SAPS would like commend the local security team who made us aware of this area. The help of community members ensures our job is done better. We will dispose of the dagga and keep watch over these sorts of areas,” said Col Pratt.

“col Pratt” does not deserve his position in the SAPS if he,d rather take a picture with a plant! Rather than taking a picture with a “seized” serial killer.
    LEGALISE MARIJUANA!!!!
If nature is illegal, there is still no freedom in South Africa.

  11. Fighting weed is the dumbest thing our government have been doing for years. They fight it so they can keep controlling our lives like they belong to them.Free the herb & taste real freedom.

  12. Cops are jus like dogs, teachh dem to chase something they will chase it without question.Fighting Marijuana is like fighting freedom, free the herb & taste how real freedom feels like.

  13. Go do proper police work instead of patting yourself on the back for trying to keep the community ‘safe’ from a plant that can potentially cure a lot of illness that we as humans are experiencing at the moment. The pharma companies dont want you to know so that they can keep pumping you full of thier drugs.
