Two Chinese men were arrested for being in possession of a vehicle believed to have been stolen in Boksburg.
Constable Mpho Mashakane, the Cleveland SAPS communications officer, said police officers received information about a vehicle parked in Esme Street in Cyrildene.
“They went to the address that was given. They found two Chinese men sitting inside the vehicle. The vehicle was reported stolen in Boksburg,” said Const Mashakane.
The police officers asked the suspects who the vehicle belongs to and they apparently said it belonged to their boss. “When the police officers asked about the boss’ whereabouts they kept quiet,” said Const Mashakane.
The men were arrested and detained at the Cleveland SAPS.
