Reddam pupils excel in 2013 exams

Reddam House achieved a 100 percent matric pass rate in the 2013 IEB National Senior Certificate examinations.

91 percent of the matric pupils at the school achieved a Bachelor’s degree pass while nine percent achieved a Diploma pass.

The matric class received an average of 2.1 distinctions per candidate, with an average overall aggregate of 72 percent.

20 percent of the pupils at Reddam House averaged 80 percent or more.

Tamsyn-Lee Donnelly achieved nine distinctions in English, Afrikaans, life orientation, mathematics, accounting, life sciences, physical science, mathematics paper 3 and advanced programme maths.

Manli Hu achieved nine distinctions in English, Chinese, life orientation, mathematics, accounting, computer applications technology, physical sciences, mathematics paper 3 and advanced programme maths.

Tashiv Sewpersad achieved eight distinctions in English, life orientation, mathematics, accounting, information technology, physical science, mathematics paper 3 and advanced programme maths.

Charlie Shang achieved eight distinctions in English, Afrikaans, life orientation, mathematics, geography, information technology, physical science and mathematics paper 3.

John-Mark Halmo achieved eight distinctions in English, Afrikaans, life orientation, mathematics, information technology, life sciences, physical science and mathematics paper 3.

Sejal Pramlall, Wesley Thoams and Nicole Graver each achieved seven distinctions.

Abigail Koch, Tumelo Mashatola and Angelica Vieira each achieved six distinctions.
