A house robbery took place on Milner Avenue, Bedfordview, on Saturday, December 14.
According to the Bedfordview SAPS communications officer, Sergeant Mduduzi Nhlabathi, “The victim was sitting on an outdoor couch with the house doors unlocked and the alarm deactivated. Four men armed with knives entered the house and demanded cash, the safe and jewelry.
“When the victim told the suspects that she had nothing, the men proceeded to steal cellular phones, cameras and cash. The men fled the scene in the victim’s gold Mercedes Benz, which was later tracked to the Alexandra township.”
No arrests have been made and investigations are on-going.
