The Edenvale Rotary Club will host its Tree of Joy at Greenstone Shopping Centre until December 22.

In addition, the club will also host two gift-wrapping kiosks for residents to make use of during their festive season shopping.

The Tree of Joy is filled with cards from charities supported by the Edenvale Rotary Club.

Each card contains a Christmas wish from various underprivileged communities, ranging from babies to senior citizens, and asks a sponsor for a Christmas gift that particular person would not have normally received.

In order for the two Christmas projects to be a success, the Edenvale Rotary Club is in need of volunteers to assist in manning the stations.

The gift wrapping kiosks need volunteers who are able to help from December 6 to December 24.

All items needed will be supplied.

Residents who are able to assist for an hour or two, or more, can contact Lesley on 072 172 7517.
