Lunch time fun for senior citizens
"The women from the Edenhaven Retirement Village were dressed up and ready for the lunch first thing in the morning."
Senior Citizens gathered for an afternoon of delicious food on November 17.
The Edenvale Community Police Forum (ECPF), together with Fahrenheit, hosted the third annual senior citizens’ lunch.
The attendees were from retirement homes and the Edenvale Senior Citizen’s Society.
ECPF chairperson, Ms Linda McKenzie, thanked the CPF and Fahrenheit for their assistance and support.
“The women from the Edenhaven Retirement Village were dressed up and ready for the lunch first thing in the morning.
“A big thank you to the ECPF for arranging an event which so many of the residents look forward to,” said Edenhaven’s administrator, Ms Val Lombaard.
