A boost for Alexandra United
“The win against Leruma has given the team a real boost of morale."
Alexander United faced off against Leruma Football Club at the Edenvale Sports Grounds and won 3-1.
The match took place on November 26.
Mr Striker Nethonje, the manager of Alexander United, said the win over Leruma had put Alexandra United back on track in the third division league.
He said the win was good for the team.
“Before winning the game, Alexandra United was low on the log. After we won the match, we moved up three positions on the log,” said Mr Nethonje.
He said he was happy with the performance of the team.
“The win against Leruma has given the team a real boost of morale,” said Mr Nethonje.
