Volleyball for charity

Various volleyball games were played at the Edenvale sports grounds on November 9 in aid of two charities. Other activities were also provided for children to enjoy. Funds generated from the day were donated to I Care, an organisation which assists street children. The funds will be used in I Care’s child-parent programme. I Care is part of Afrox’s corporate responsibility programme. Additional funds were donated to El-Shamaar, an organisation that helps abandoned babies from birth to the age of two. Afrox also provides on-going support to El-Shamar.
