The hotel will recreate an 11-course menu based on the original salvaged from the wreckage. The dinner features cuisine inspired by the king of chefs, Auguste Escoffier.
This fine dining will be accompanied by fine “wining”, with wine and liqueurs partnered to the dishes being served.
To keep with the theme, The Munro will decorate its interior to resemble the the Titanic, complete with candelabra, chandeliers and an array of pink and white flowers.
