Holy Rosary spreads Mandela Day love
The initiative saw younger learners work together with their Grade Seven sisters.

Learners from Holy Rosary School dedicated their 67 minutes for Mandela Day when they made sandwiches for Khanyisa Soup Kitchen at the Edenvale Methodist Church.
Each grade made sandwiches on a different day during the week so the soup kitchen could get a delivery of sandwiches every day.

Described by the school’s marketing manager, Kenda Knowles, as a great bonding experience, the initiative saw younger learners work with their Grade Seven sisters in the spirit of Madiba.
