TV weekly must watch

We’ve rounded up three great shows you should keep an eye out for this week.

Start with a drama about five workers in a supermarket who discovered they might have won the lottery. Then get ready for laugh-out-loud moments about a Parisian woman, who got stuck on her ex two years after they broke up. Or follow a dark series about the problems teenagers face today.

Season 4 of The Syndicate sees the owners of Woodvale Kennels trying to keep their business afloat by joining a betting syndicate. After taking a gamble on the lottery and then being robbed of their prize money, they set out for the French Riviera to find the culprit and take back what’s rightfully theirs. Before you tuck into Season 4 be sure to binge the equally enjoyable third season of The Syndicate, set in the crumbling Hazlewood Manor, where the few remaining downstairs staff are about to take a dramatic leap upstairs when their betting syndicate wins the lottery. Watch The Syndicate from January 13 on BritBox.

Elsa, a Parisian, cannot forget her ex. Her best friend secretly hires an escort boy to help her move on but the plan works a little too well. Elsa, on the verge of turning thirty and stuck in an uninspiring job, finds herself still hung up on her ex-boyfriend two years after their breakup. Her friends, hoping to help her break out of her rut and find some confidence, decide to hire a male escort to take her on a few dates. Catch The Hook Up Plan Season 3 now on Netflix.

Euphoria is told from the perspective of Rue Bennett, a 17-year-old girl struggling with drug addiction, but her omniscient narration weaves in and out of the stories of her classmates, among them her transgender crush Jules, camgirl Kat, popular girl Cassie, jock bully Nate and his abused cheerleader girlfriend Maddy. Watch Season 2 from January 10 on Showmax.
