Organisations benefit from local market
Both rescue organisations received a great deal of interest on the day and have said they will return for the next market on September 25.
Modderfontein Farmers Market took place on August 28 and hosted Brainy Birds and Woodrock Animal Rescue.
The event was open from 09:00 to 14:00 and attracted visitors from Bedfordview, Edenvale and surrounding areas.
Both rescue organisations received a great deal of interest on the day and have said they will both return for the next market on September 25.

Organisations received donations from visitors at the market.
The next market will take place at the Modderfontein Bird and Sculpture Park situated on Queen Street in Modderfontein (opposite the Flamingo Shopping Centre).
