Crime information siminar

Also to be discussed is how to apply for firearm licenses, reporting of missing persons and rapes and any other police matters.

Cleveland Community Police Forum, along with the Crime Sector Forum, will host a crime information seminar on January 18.

The seminar will take place at 22 30th Street Malvern and will start at 2pm.

The Cleveland CPF’s purpose is to educate the residents of Cleveland and surrounds about the different types of crime categories, response times to crimes, how to get protection orders, reporting of domestic violence process, how to report crimes, what to do if you get no satisfaction from SAPS, how the process works once a person is arrested and case opened.

Also to be discussed is how to apply for firearm licenses, reporting of missing persons and rapes and any other police matters.

The Cleveland CPF believes that the community needs to be educated on these matters as it might help save a life.
