Kensington-based columnist and TV host Tumi Morake, who boasts a comedy career spanning more than 12 years, ably ran proceedings during the latest instalment of the comedy show. Her edgy and unpredictable comedy style wowed audiences, and her unique ability to deliver all the laughs and right punchlines was exactly what fans had been waiting for.

Her role as royal host for the Kings & Queens of Comedy affair was supported by a stellar cast of comedy giants, including Angel Campey, Celeste Ntuli, Kate Pinchuck and Lindy Johnson, to name a few, as well as a special guest appearance by one of South Africa’s favourite comedy sons, Marc Lottering.

All and sundry had certainly polished their comical armour as they took their humorous personalities to the next level.
