An office to serve the community

MALVERN – Councillor opens office in Malvern community where residents are able to discuss complaints.

Ward 65 councillor, Lindani Zulu is making life easy for residents to get in touch with him.

Zulu has opened an office at the Malvern Public Swimming Pool in Marathon Street. “It has come to my attention that the majority of my residents come from disadvantaged backgrounds and cannot afford to travel to town if they have matters to report. Having an office in the heart of the community makes it easy for them to come to me when they are faced with problems,” said Zulu.

He said the office would be open from Monday to Friday and residents were welcome to come in anytime during working hours and there would always be someone to attend to them.

“There are a number of challenges in my area and currently we have children not going to school. Parents have brought it to my attention we and we are trying to help them,” added Zulu.

“I would like to encourage the residents to utilise the office because it’s for them,” concluded Zulu.

Details: Councillor Lindani Zulu 072 251 6142.
