Another night of protests in Braamfontein
BRAAMFONTEIN – Protesters have once again taken to the streets, overnight, in aid of #FeesMustFall.
Police have reportedly said that they restored calm, in the largely student populated, Braamfontein on the morning of 19 October following another violent protest overnight.
Protesters are said to have thrown rocks at police vehicles and passing motorist.
This protest action is hot on the heels of one that occured during the weekend, whereby protesters were frustrated by Wits University’s decision to enforce a 10pm curfew.

Twitter users have taken to the platform to voice their frustrations. Some even claiming that the protest is not over yet.
