Ward 118 meeting to be held
Three new ward committee members will also be elected at this meeting.
All ward 118 residents are urged to attend a public meeting on March 20 at the NG Kerk.
The meeting will start at 6pm.
Clr Alison van der Molen, of ward 118, said feedback will be given by committee members on the work they have done over the last few months.
“Feedback will also be given from the meeting held on March 11 with Development Planning and Urban Management to which all residents’ association chairpersons were invited, as well the councillors’ forum which was held on March 4,” said Clr Van der Molen.
Three new ward committee members will also be elected at this meeting.
“I encourage suburbs with little to no representation to consider nominating and electing representatives onto this body. We currently have seven ward committee members, with one from Kensington, one from Cyrildene and five from Malvern,” said Clr Van der Molen.
The church is situated at the corner of Pandora Road and King Street at the border of Malvern and Kensington.
