Sounds for the Soul at UJ

Sounds for the Soul – Sonidos por el alma with David Salleras (saxophone), Christopher Duigan (piano) and Federico Freschi will start at 8pm.

David has distinguished himself as creating a new form of writing for the saxophone, blending classical, contemporary music with improvisation and traditional Spanish idioms.

Hailed as a ‘ South African piano icon’, Christopher holds an exclusive accolade of being named a Steinway Artist.

Federico shares his talent for singing with a love of the visual arts and design, and is currently the executive dean of the Faculty of Art, Design and Architecture (FADA) at the University of Johannesburg.
