Bedfordview SAPS is investigating a case of armed robbery after runners were robbed this morning.
The three women were robbed at gunpoint when a vehicle stopped next to them.

“We urge the community to be more vigilant of their surroundings while walking or running as these thugs target older and more vulnerable people,” said Bedfordview SAPS spokesperson Capt Andre de Jaager.

He urged community members to leave valuable items at home while walking or running.
