EDITOR – My daughter Claire entered a competition and she had to say who she would invite to a St Valentine’s Day lunch.
Her answer was ‘my mother because it is her I love the most’.
I was so surprised when she told me she won and was taking me to a restaurant called The Daily Coffee Café at Stoneridge.
The owner was very friendly and handed us a glass of sparkling wine with a strawberry in it and took our order.
After a delicious meal we were even served a chocolate cake.
We were really spoilt.
I want to thank my daughter for the lovely surprise and I want to tell her I love her too.
