40 years later and still making a difference

Wilcox joined the Edenglen family when it first opened its doors in 1980.

Edenglen High School hosted its annual honours evening on February 10

Learners were congratulated on their academic achievements and staff honoured for their service to the school.

This year’s awards ceremony was a special one for the school as it gave the school the opportunity to thank Gus Wilcox for 40 years of services to the school.

Wilcox joined the Edenglen family when it first opened its doors in 1980.

During his time at the school, Wilcox was a deputy principal and then became an acting principal.

For the past 15 years, Wilcox has been assisting with the finance for the school.
