Thembalami to hold May fête
The fee to have a table is R200, which will go towards the care centre’s Christmas party.
Thembalami Care Centre in Lombardy East will host its annual fête on May 25.
Residents are hard at work crafting items that will be sold on the day.
The fête will offer a wonderful selection of vegetables, fresh herbs and garden-grown food as well as clothes, books, shoes and a white elephant table.
There will be boerewors rolls and curried mince vetkoek on sale.
Community members interested in having stalls at the fête are welcome.
