Get back in shape with the Dis-Chem Half Marathon

2019 has begun and it is time to run off all the extra weight from the festive season.
No better way to start your fitness journey with the Dis-Chem Half Marathon that will take place on January 13 at The Bedfordview Virgin Active Club at 6am.
Bedfordview Athletics Club will be hosting the Gauteng Premier Half Marathon once again and the race will start at Riley Road in Bedfordview.
The entries will be limited to 6 500.
All 21km entrants will receive a high-value goodie bag, a moisture management runner top and a Dis-Chem Benefits Magazine.

Enter Online at www.dischem21.co.za or at Sweat Shop in Dunkeld, Bedfordview.
Entries are R180, with juniors 16-18 and grandmasters 60 at R130.
Voluntary donations will go to The Charity Beneficiaries.
The Centrum 5km Dash Fun Run will also take place at 6.30am and is open to nine-year-olds and older and all categories are R60.
Registration will take place on 10 January at Dis-Chem Nicolway, the 11th at Dis-Chem Parkmeadows and the 12th at Virgin Active Bedfordview.
Free entry for blind runners at registration.
