Holy Rosary learners excel

Holy Rosary High School 16 learners received awards during the assembly.

Holy Rosary Primary School recently held its end-of-year prize giving for its intersen phase.

There were 16 earners who received awards during the assembly.

Learners who received awards include:

• Emily Roelofsz – sportswoman award (joint).

• Erin McKenzie – sportswoman award (joint).

• Tayla Wilmot – sportswoman award (joint).

• Mimi Liang – Schonauer Trophy for outstanding diligence (joint).

• Erin Buffey – sportswoman award (joint), Christodolou Trophy for academic excellence, St Paul Trophy for the highest attainment in English, St Francis Trophy for the highest attainment in social sciences and the St Albert Trophy for the highest attainment in natural sciences (joint).

• Jeanne Riemann – Smallman Trophy for participation and dedication, the Lombard Trophy for problem-solving in mathematics and sportsmanship in Grade Seven (joint).

• Jamie Fletcher – Dalvit Spirit of Generosity Trophy (joint)

• Abigail Govender – Dalvit Spirit of Generosity Trophy (joint)

• Emma Gomes – Leigh Ayres Apostolate Trophy.

• Basetsana Lekhasi -Wendy Wylie Progress Trophy.

• Kiana Bove – Honours Trophy, St Paul Trophy for the highest attainment in Afrikaans, St Albert Trophy for the highest attainment in natural sciences (joint), sportsmanship in Grade Seven (joint) and Schonauer Trophy for outstanding diligence (joint).

• Samantha Clack – Bertucelli Trophy for perseverance.

• Sienna Hair – Davel Hospitality Trophy Grade Seven.

• Jorga Howson – Michela Agostinetto Trophy for perseverance in mathematics.

• Nikita Wu – St Margaret Trophy for highest attainment in mathematics.

• Kylie Goncalves – Cipolat Mother Theresa Trophy for fellowship, Trophy for loyalty and dedication to Holy Rosary School and head girl trophy.
