#SASportsAwards – St Benedict’s scoop title of Schools Sports Team of the Year
The school has dominated schools rowing.
St Benedict’s College was awarded as the Schools Sports Team of the Year at the SA Sports Awards last night.
The school has dominated schools rowing by winning the Gauteng Rowing Championship before returning home with a total of 10 gold medals at the SA Rowing Championship.
Rowers then won the New Hampshire Championship in the USA.
St Benedict’s rowers have held the SA Rowing Championship title for the last 25 years.
