Fun, good food and revelry were the order of the day when the Greek Food and Wine Festival was held in Bedfordview.
The festival, hosted by the Greek Sporting Club, was held on September 29.
In addition to bringing the community together, the event celebrated the club’s 60th birthday.
“The festival was unbelievably well supported,” said Johnny Gianniosis from the club.
“The festival catered for everyone, no matter their age.”
He said this year’s festival differed to previous ones as community members could enjoy the addition of craft beer and gin stalls.
“We tried to modernise the event so it would be a fun event for the community.”
