Takura Mhwandagara, Michael Payne, Joshua Perry and Thomas Wilke represented St Benedict’s College at the 12th Bennies u-13 Invitational Tennis Festival.
There were eight participating schools.
Laerskool Louw Geldenhuys put in a dominant performance throughout the festival and beat St John’s 30-14 in the final to become champions for the fourth time.
St Benedict’s player Takura Mhwandagara was named player of the festival and played brilliantly to remain unbeaten against the other number one tennis players from the other schools.
The top three: Louw Geldenhuys first, John’s College second and St Benedict’s College third.
