Edenvale High athletes return victorious

Athletes from Edenvale High School competed at the prestige athletics event where they won eight medals.

Medals were won by:

• Saskia Rabie – two gold medals for the girls u-15 100m and 200m.

• Alexandra Meimaris – bronze medal for the girls u-15 400m.

• Christian Anyimadu – silver medal for the boys u-15 100m.

• Spiro Vakaloudis – silver medal for the boys u-14 1500m.

• The u-15 girls’ relay team coached by Joy Toerien – gold.

• The u-15 boys’ relay team coached by Johan Klaassen – gold.

• The u-14 girls’ relay team coached by Dr Larry Harmer – silver.

Edenvale High congratulated its u-17 girls and u-19 boys B relay teams for placing second in their heats.
