Social workers from the society work closely with the Department of Social Development and the SAPS.
Founded in the mid-1950s, Edenvale Child and Family Welfare Society know known as Child Welfare SA – Edenvale, is committed to the protection of children and the promotion of healthy family life in Edenvale.
The non-profit organisation assists the community with social welfare matters as well as the safety and development of children.
Social workers from the society work closely with the Department of Social Development and the SAPS.
In addition to assisting community members, Edenvale Child Welfare also schools 52 children at the Pinocchio Educare Centre.
Edenvale’s Child and Family Welfare Society is located at 61 12th Avenue in Edenvale.
