Westley participates in three regattas in the UK

Assumption Convent School learner Courtney Westley and rowing coach Kwaku Owusu were invited to the United Kingdom as part of the South African Schools Rowing Union (SASRU) squad from May 2 to 14.

Courtney participated in the Scullery Regatta, Wallingford Regatta,

and the Bedford Regatta.

“She won two bronze medals in the sculls and a gold medal for the final eight race with her SA schools team,” said the school’s marketing manager Marinella Sousa.
