Holy Rosary High School’s four Grade 11 learners who represented the school at the Wits Integrated Experience in Science and Commerce (WIESC) programme finished third, competing against several local schools’ learners.
The programme challenged high school learners to find innovative solutions to address the water crisis in the country from a scientific, economic and management perspective.

The programme also aims to expose learners to the skills and knowledge needed for and to create an awareness of the vast career opportunities within the science, commerce, law and management fields.
