“We want everyone to enjoy themselves and have at least one good memory of that magic moment when the DJs played ‘that song’ and it was played, on Vinyl,"

“We’re all very passionate about music and vinyl” said Franks Fonseca, a rock music fanatic and aspiring musician, writer and producer.

The band started three years ago and have played at clubs, restaurants, house parties, vinyl fairs as well as charity gigs and for causes they are passionate about.

Graeme Whibley is an avid house music lover and Marc Freddi, probably one of the biggest ‘vinyl heads’ around.

Marc has a collection of thousands of albums and is constantly searching for classic 80s Japanese record players and amps in his quest to encourage people to join the vinyl culture and lifestyle.

“We want everyone to enjoy themselves and have at least one good memory of that magic moment when the DJs played ‘that song’ and it was played on vinyl.”

2017 marks the second occasion the group performed at the ECID Street Carnival and they are amped to entertain the crowds and ensure all revellers have fun.

“We love what we do and will keep the party going for as long as people are having a good time,” said Franks.

Be sure to catch the group in Van Riebeeck Avenue on November 25.
