Afternoon traffic update – Two crashes causing delays

Two traffic incidents will affect on your drive home this afternoon.

The first is a serious crash after Van Buuren Road as you head towards Geldenhuis Interchange.

Motorists are reporting a 7o-minute delay going into Geldenhuis Interchange.

The second incident has taken place on the R24 highway after Barbara Road heading towards OR Tambo International Airport.

Motorists should find alternative routes.

Alternate Route: Motorists travelling from Edenvale to OR Tambo International Airport are advised to skip the R24 and take a detour through Edenvale to meet up with the R24 at Barbara Road.
