The School of Merit is proud to announce that the Class of 2016 achieved a 100% pass rate.

Mrs Deborah Schamrel, principal of the school, said 15 of the 17 matriculants achieved bachelor degree passes.

“The school is exceptionally proud of the Class of 2016 and the results they achieved,” said Mrs Schamrel.

The top achiever was Tyron Cameron who achieved six distinctions and was also placed on the Independent Examinations Board’s Commendable Learner list.

Mrs Schamrel explained that this list includes learners placed within the top five percent of learners in five subjects and who scored 80 percent or more for Life Orientation and a 96 percent average for Advanced Programme Mathematics.
