Christmas cheer brought to charities with the help of Charity Hat Walk
The walk started and finished at Jeppe Quondam.
Balwin Properties, in conjunction with Jeppe Athletics, hosted this year’s instalment of the Annual Charity Hat Walk.
The walk, which took place on December 4, was a family event that saw residents coming together in aid of charity.
Organiser, Ms Joanne Nicholas Kavanagh, said they expected over 2 000 people to take part in the walk.
Families brought their dogs to join in the festivities.

Supported charities included Lambano Sanctuary, CHOC, Kitty and Puppy Haven, Guide Dogs SA,The Theo Jackson Foundation, Little Eden, Reach for a Dream and Hospice Wits.
Each charity received a donation of R100 000.
