The Edenvale police are on the lookout for a white Audi that was involved in an armed robbery at a business in the Greenstone Crescent shopping centre.
An individual returning from a bank in the Greenstone area was robbed of R14 530 on April 6.
According to Edenvale SAPS station commander, Colonel Eddie Trollip, the man was followed from the bank to a car wash, where the armed robbery took place.
The white Audi had three occupants. Two exited the vehicle and approached the complainant. The third remained in the white Audi.
They demanded the cash and took off with the person’s money and two cellphones.
A case of armed robbery has been opened at the Edenvale SAPS.
