St Andrew’s supports drought-stricken communities

Drop off areas are demarcated at the pre-school, junior and senior schools.

St Andrew’s School for Girls has joined hands with other South Africans to help drought-stricken communities.

The school’s community service task team decided to join the #100000LitreSchoolsChallenge, an initiative by Operation Hydrate.

The school is collecting two liter and five liter bottles of water for the drive, which is running from February 1 to the morning of February 15.

Sealed bottles of water are preferable and will go to communities in Senekal and Aliwal North in the Free State and Swartruggens in the North West.

Drop off areas are demarcated at the pre-school, junior and senior schools.

Operation Hydrate will collect the bottles at the school on February 15.
