School congratulates matric achievers

Caryn Marx achieved 6 distinctions.

Jeppe High School for Girls congratulated the following matric pupils on their matric results.

Caryn Marx, who previously attended Hurlyvale Primary achieved 6 distinctions.

Nolwazi Mamba, Jodi Lailvaux and Izaria Hassim who previously attended Dunvegan Primary achieved 5 distinctions each.

Kayley Reveley and Micheala Mendes who previously attended Hurlyvale Primary and Bedfordview Primary respectively also achieved 5 distinctions each.

Ismatou Balde and Rafeeah Bismilla who previously attended Bedfordview Primary achieved 3 distinctions each.

Zenadene Lazarus and Savannah Thevan who previously attended Dunvegan Primary and Hurlyvale Primary respectively also achieved 3 distinctions each.

“Many of the girls did very well and we are very proud of the results which the 169 matriculants achieved this year” said Miss Dina Gonçalves, Headmistress.   ” A 100% pass rate was attained at Jeppe High School for Girls for the 22nd year in succession and the entire class of 2015 achieved marks that allow them to progress to tertiary education. The results are a tribute to the hard work put in by the learners, the support they received from their parents, and also most importantly, the grounding provided by dedicated educators from primary school right through to Grade 12. We wish the Matric class of 2015 every success in their future endeavours.”
