Exhibition assists bursary fund

In honour of Advocate George Bizos’ 88th birthday, artist and curator Mr Yannis Generalis opened the ‘We’re Not in Kansas Anymore’ exhibition last Thursday.

Mr Generalis invited other South African artists to be part of the exhibition, which highlighted the coming of age of the rainbow nation, 21 years later.

The exhibition will be open until December 4.

Art lovers came out to interact with and celebrate the artwork.

Proceeds made from the artwork will be allocated to the George Bizos Saheti Scholarship and Bursary Fund (GBSSBF), which benefits deserving pupils.
