Entries open for Eastgate Look of Fashion

Girls between the ages of 17 and 25 can enter to stand a chance of being selected as finalists in this prestigious fashion showcase.

The Eastgate Shopping Centre’s longest running signature fashion event, the Look of Fashion, will take place on October 16 in the Strelitzia Court.

Entries for the 2015 event are open until September 27.

Girls between the ages of 17 and 25 can enter to stand a chance of being selected as finalists in this prestigious fashion showcase.

Entrants must ensure that all the necessary personal information is completed in full and submit their entry forms prior to the closing date.

Entry forms are available at www.eastgateshops.com, Eastgate Centre Management or Customer Information Desk.

All entries submitted will be judged through a stringent selection process to select 16 candidates who will compete in the finale.

The top three winners at this year’s Eastgate Look of Fashion will gain automatic entry into the Miss South Africa 2016 interview round.

Judges include:

  •  Sir Franco d’Arrigo of d’Arrigo International.
  •  Andre Arendse, a former South African soccer player and SuperSport host.
  •  Kennedy Tsimba, a former rugby player, musician and television sports presenter.
  •  Sashi Naidoo, actress, model and television anchor.
  •  Jacinda Louw, Survivor SA 2006 runner up, model, MC and presenter.
  •  Manlie Wagenaar, an international model.
  •  Matty Reid, international success specialist and life skills trainer.
  •  Nashil Chotoki, JHI Retail Portfolio Director.
  •  Cindy Nell, Cosmetix Marketing Director and Partner, television presenter, Miss South Africa 2002 and Miss Universe 2003 runner up.
  •  Marilyn Ramos, Eastgate Look of Fashion winner 2011/2012, Miss South Africa 2012, Miss Universe 2013 participant and Miss World 2013 participant.
