Dowerglen High School recently hosted guest speaker Mr Sello Hatang.
He gave a motivational speech to the school and shared his story.
Mr Hatang is the incoming chief executive at the Nelson Mandela Centre of Memory at the Nelson Mandela Foundation. Previously he was the head of information communications and spokesperson for the South African Human Rights Commission.
He serves on the boards of SAHA and the Open Democracy Advice Centre.
He is also the founding member and member of the Advisory Council of the Council of the Advancement of the South African Constitution (CASAC). Seen here is Mr Hatang together with the SGB of Dowerglen High School.
