Customer annoyed at irresponsible drivers

That person must be either parking very close to my Tata or someone is squeezing between the cars and just left it hanging.

EDITOR – To the Edenvale drivers who park in the lower parking in Greenstone Mall – this is the second time someone has broken my right hand mirror and just drive away, without leaving a note.

The first time it cost me R500, and now again I must find the money for repairs.

I really am totally annoyed by this unnecessary expense and both times the security saw nothing.

You can’t tell me you did not know you broke the mirror, or did not notice.

DIANA KENT,

EDENVALE.

EDITOR’S COMMENT – Ms Donna Lebenon, centre manager for Greenstone Shopping Centre commented as follows:

We are sorry about your unfortunate incident at Greenstone Shopping Centre as each customers experience is important to us, as honest citizens we hope that all drivers would come forward when damaging other people’s vehicles and we do our best to ensure perpetrators are brought forward if we see the incident take place.

Unfortunately with over 12 000 cars parking at Greenstone daily it is difficult for security to see each and every incident.

Greenstone Shopping Centre appreciates all our customers’ patronage and we will continue to strive to deliver a refreshing shopping experience for all our customers.
