Krejcir and the three co-accused appeared in the Germiston Magistrate’s Court this morning, where they were charged with murder, murder conspiracy and charges related to illegal possession of firearms and ammunition; SA Breaking News reported.
The case was postponed to April 8 for further investigation.
Police spokesperson Solomon Makgale was quoted as saying, “In terms of the broad investigation it’s the first time that a murder charge has been brought against Krejcir.”
Issa was shot about 30 times by an unknown suspect when he stopped at a traffic light in his Audi Q7 in October 2013.
